January 13, 2015 - COLUMBUS, Miss. and MCLEAN, Va. - Hampton Hotels, Hilton Worldwide's global brand of more than 2,000 mid-priced Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Hampton by Hilton hotels, today announced the official opening of its newest property, Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus located at 1915 6th Street North. The hotel opens near the Golden Triangle area comprised of the following cities: Columbus, Starkville and West Point.

The hotel features 88 guestrooms and is managed by Peachtree Hotel Group. This is the first hotel in Columbus and the 36th for the brand in the state.

Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus is located near the Mississippi University for Women, Columbus Air Force Base, Baptist Memorial Hospital and Leigh Hall. The hotel's amenities include a 24-hour business center, complimentary printing service, a 400 square foot meeting space, free hot breakfast and Hampton's On the Run Breakfast BagsTM.
